The recommendations of the Joint Transportation Board be approved as follows:
The revised agreement for the Joint Transportation Board be endorsed and the Director of Central Services be authorised to complete the agreement in due course.
Reasons: As set out in the report submitted to the Joint Transportation Board of 18 March 2013.
